How many of you work for an employer that sells goods or labor? Is this done without an agreement or a contract? Answer, hardly ever. So why is it that we as employees do not demand a contract?

Defined benefits. Are you a worker with out Medical, Dental, and Pension? Are you living to work or are you working to live. Unions are the heart of this country and with out it, we will slowly loose our benefits. Corporate America profits from the decline of the wages/benefits of the working people. Is their hope? Yes, we can make changes for the good of all but we need a collective voice. Together in a UNION we can create a voice loud enough for change. Are you Non-Union or are you Union

Are you, as an employee getting the wages and benefits of the industry standards? If not, talk to a union organizer. It is not the company who decides if you are covered under a union contract, it is the employees.
